    What is construction planning?


    Firstly construction planning means to plan a project from an idea to reality. When an abstract thing turns into physical things form an idea to existing one by organizing, designing and processing it is known as construction planning. While one’s goal is to make something to existing things one should have a planning. Without a proper one will not be successful. If someone has a great idea but he does not make a process to make this thing to an existing one then there is no use this types of the idea.

    When we come to construction planning one should have a plan from foundation to completion. Thousands of years earlier people’s building planning is following it like an ancient discipline. They followed Stonehenge of Western Europe as a model for their construction planning.

    Because of the advancement of the technology and types of equipment builders elements of using construction have changed. However, like always planning remains as the most necessary thing of the construction of a building.

    So, what are the objectives of constructionplanning?
    Basically, it is surrounded by time management, financial decision, designing, organizing the proper planning, generating new and unique ideas and last but not the least the quality of the building.

    Time management: 

    Time management is a very important part of the construction planning. From start to completion the builders should have a schedule of works. They should also do classification of works.

    Financial decision: The builders should take the financial decision. They should have the plan on how and where to spend. Moreover, They should also give priority to quality of work with less money.

    Designing: 

    With the schedule and punctuality, the builders should give priority to the designing of works. From ceiling to floor, the builders should give priority to the designing. With an eye-catching design, the builder can satisfy their clients. 

    Organizing the plan:

     The builder should have an organizing plan for their project so that they can complete their work in time with less expense and lucrative design.

    Generating new and unique ideas:

     The builder should generate unique and new ideas to leads the problem to a good solution. Every time the builder will different problems and they should have unique solutions to all these problems. 

    Quality of the building: 

    From the safety of the building to the designing to the quality of the building all should be given priorities. If a building is eye-catching but its quality is not high standard then the building is not the building the client should prefer.

    Overall, in a construction plan, all the objectives should be given priorities so the clients may have a building of quality and architectural beauty.
